Project Description: The project consists of a two- and one-half (2-1/2) level (grade and 1-1/2 levels), precast concrete parking structure. The structure features a glass tower stair/elevator enclosure and the extensive use of masonry facade treatments. The project will consist of 52,560 sq. ft. of area (24,000 sq. ft. on grade) and provide 165 parking spaces. The project is intended to service a new technology park affiliated with the university.

Project Description: CWC provided a CIP P/T concrete deck for this 1-level, 68,000 sq. ft. addition to an existing steel-framed parking structure. The addition accommodated 201 parking spaces. Specifically, CWC provided all forming, reinforcing, post tensioning, and concrete placing and finishing for the project. Some remediation to the existing structure was also provided.
